Workshops

  • Camp Workshops

Within an already existing camp environment, we offer a fun and interactive learning program to accompany the camp experience. The ultimate goal of our program is to maintain and enhance the skills that children have gained over the school year. In partnership with existing camp programming, we will provide fun activities and mental health education targeting areas such as: stress management, emotional regulation, communication and problem solving skills, and conflict resolution. These offerings would be targeted to the specific age group of the camp attendees.

This could either be a one time workshop style offering, or alternatively could be an ongoing series over the course of the camp session.

  • Social Emotional Wellness Workshops

Our Bergen Counseling Collaborative therapists are available to provide in-person or virtual trainings to group practices, school staff and communities, and organizations that focus on improving the social-emotional well-being and mental health of individuals and families. Our trainings are interactive and will provide the knowledge, tools, and strategies to help promote resiliency within the individual and their family systems. We will work collaboratively to meet the specific needs for each individual workshop.
